Jermaine began working with Vi in 2015 as a Maintenance Technician and shortly after was promoted to Engineering Supervisor. He was then promoted to Assistant Director of Engineering in 2022, and then took on the leadership role of Director of Engineering in 2023. He is proud of how Vi team members are treated, “I think that Vi not only shows they truly care, but they go above and beyond.”
