INSURANCE

We provide insurance for full-time employees and their families at fair and reasonable costs:

  • Comprehensive medical coverage, which includes prescription drug coverage for employees and dependents - choice of two plans.
  • Dental coverage for employees and dependents - choice of two plans.
  • Vision care for employees and dependents at no cost to the employee. An enhanced vision plan, which provides additional coverage for employees and dependents, is available for purchase at a minimal cost.
  • Company-paid insurance benefits at no cost to the employee, which include short-term2 and long-term disability coverage, business travel accident coverage, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, and employee and dependent life coverage. Additional life coverage for employees and dependents is available for purchase at group rates.
  • Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)3, which allow employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for dependent care expenses and health care costs not covered by insurance.
  • Pet Insurance3 for dogs, cats, birds and exotic pets, which includes coverage for accidents, illnesses and preventive care, is available for purchase at discounted group rates.
  • Legal Advice and Covered Legal Services3 for employees and dependents at a low monthly rate.
