INSURANCE

We provide insurance for full-time employees and their families at fair and reasonable costs:
• Comprehensive medical coverage, which includes prescription drug coverage for employees and dependents - choice of two plans.
• Dental coverage for employees and dependents - choice of two plans.
• Vision care for employees and dependents at no cost to the employee. An enhanced vision plan, which provides additional coverage for employees and dependents, is available for purchase at a minimal cost.
• Company-paid insurance benefits at no cost to the employee, which include short-term 2 and long-term disability coverage, business travel accident coverage, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, and employee and dependent life coverage. Additional life coverage for employees and dependents is available for purchase at group rates.
• Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) 3, which allow employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for dependent care expenses and health care costs not covered by insurance.
• Pet Insurance 3 for dogs, cats, birds and exotic pets, which includes coverage for accidents, illnesses and preventive care, is available for purchase at discounted group rates.
• Legal Advice and Covered Legal Services 3 for employees and dependents at a low monthly rate.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

Vi is committed to providing employees the opportunity for professional growth, which is why we offer tuition reimbursement to help full-time employees make progress toward their career goals. Participating employees receive reimbursement for educational expenses, including tuition, textbooks, and supplies associated with approved courses.

401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN

Employees can set aside money for their retirement through a traditional 401(k) and/or Roth 401(k) option. Vi provides a generous company matching contribution each pay period with immediate vesting.

PAID TIME OFF

We believe well-rested employees are happier and more productive employees. Full-time and part-time employees receive time off with pay either through a paid time off (PTO) program or vacation program. Full-time employees who receive vacation are also eligible for holidays and sick days. All full-time employees also receive time off with pay for bereavement.
