Theresa joined Vi over 20 years ago and is responsible for new lead generation for the Sales team at our La Jolla community, which involves working with seniors interested in living at Vi and moving them from interest to move-in. She says she enjoys working so closely with the residents and that this makes working at Vi special.  She also says for anyone considering working at Vi, “It’s not the cliché you might imagine of what senior living is like.
