Jeff Director of Facilities Management, Vi at Silverstone
Over ten years ago, Jeff was looking for a new opportunity in the Senior Living industry, and based on some recommendations from his network, he had the chance to join Vi at Sliverstone as Director of Facilities Management. He says he hasn’t looked back since, “At Vi when something needs to be fixed or replaced, you get the support you need to get the job done and do it right. It makes it easy to come to work.” Jeff says one of his favorite parts of his role is that no day is the same. “One minute my team is responding to a resident call for a need in their unit, and the next we’re checking on the units under construction. Other days, we’re meeting the CMS requirements for the Care Center so we maintain our five star rating, and then we’ll be in the kitchen taking care of the chefs and cooks to be sure the equipment all works properly. Every day is a new set of challenges, and it’s never stagnant and certainly never boring.”
